* CPL“Guardian Aerospace does not directly or jointly provide commercial pilot instruction and training. Persons wanting commercial pilot training will have a student contract with the College of New Caledonia (CNC) in Prince George (Vanderhoof) that is authorized by law to provide vocational or career training. Guardian is not so authorized under provincial law.
Guardian only provides instruction and training services to CNC and not students. Issues that arise with CNC-student services are between the student and CNC. Guardian may enter other separate service contracts with persons pursuing commercial license training with CNC, but those Guardian services will not involve CPL related instruction and training. They will only involve plane rentals.”
